Our Mission
Pärna Art Residency was established to bring creativity, inspiration, and new opportunities to Ida-Virumaa. We work hand in hand with local NGOs, cultural associations, and community initiatives, helping to bring ideas to life — from project design and funding to full implementation. We believe that every community and every project matters, and that collaboration makes us stronger. Ida-Virumaa has tremendous potential, and together we can achieve more than any of us could alone. Our goal is to support local initiatives, encourage creative thinking, and bring positive changes to the region that last beyond a single project.
